Return Eligibility

• All return requests must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of the original purchase date.
• All returns and refunds are subject to approval by Splish Naturals prior to being authorized.
• Products returned without prior approval may be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Authorization

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting information. If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization.

Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping fees, insurance (if desired), and any applicable handling charges.
• Splish Naturals is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Product Condition

Approved returns must be received in their original packaging and in clean, undamaged condition with all accessories, manuals, and components included. Products that show signs of misuse, abuse, alteration, or excessive wear may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, Splish Naturals will determine whether the product qualifies for a refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Splish Naturals.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or an incorrect item, please notify Splish Naturals within five (5) days of delivery so we can promptly evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
