Warranty Coverage

1-Year Limited Warranty All Splish Wellness Tech products, including our wellness mats, loungers, and targeted therapies, come with a standard 1-Year Limited Warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use as outlined in your product manual. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product or part at our discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

To ensure clarity, please note that our warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or natural fading of fabrics over time.

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, liquid spills, or negligence.

• Damage resulting from failure to follow the provided product manuals, safety guidelines, and operating instructions.

• Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

• Damage caused by electrical surges or using improper power supplies.
